Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using Swift Clean services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all residential and office cleaning services provided by Swift Clean in San Diego and North County. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Swift Clean provides Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, and Office Cleaning. Service scope may vary based on the condition, size, layout, and accessibility of the property. Services not offered include outdoor work, carpet shampooing, mold remediation, heavy furniture moving, and other excluded items listed on our service pages.
Booking & Payment
Bookings may be made online or through approved Swift Clean channels. Pricing is based on the size and condition of the property, the service selected, and any approved add-on scope. Payment is due through the approved booking and payment platform at the time specified during checkout. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late changes may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Liability & Insurance
Swift Clean is a fully insured local business. While we take care in every service, customers must report concerns promptly so we can review the issue and respond appropriately. Swift Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unsafe conditions, faulty fixtures, unstable furniture, or undisclosed hazards in the service environment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Customers must disclose pets, security systems, fragile items, biohazards, mold concerns, infestations, and other hazards before service. Customers should secure valuables and provide clear instructions for any priority areas, access details, or special requests.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Swift Clean website, including branding, logos, text, graphics, and site design, is the property of Swift Clean or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Clean's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Swift Clean is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
Swift Clean may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or Swift Clean services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in California.
